Hydraulic Modeling and Hydrological Studies for Riverbank and Riverbed Projects
Our company provides comprehensive hydrological study and hydraulic modeling services for applications submitted to AMBU, particularly for cases related to:
- Form 35 – construction, reconstruction, or works for the protection of riverbanks, retaining walls, dams, and other structures along riverbanks;
- Form 36 – construction activities on riverbanks;
- Form 41 – other activities within riverbanks and riverbeds of water bodies.
The service includes the analysis of design flows, development of hydraulic models for both existing and post-project conditions, assessment of water levels, flow velocities, channel conveyance capacity, evaluation of the impact of the proposed intervention on flow regime, and flood risk analysis.
Hydraulic modeling is carried out using specialized software such as HEC-RAS 1D/2D, based on topographic survey data, cross-sections, digital terrain models (DTMs), and hydraulic parameters appropriate to the site conditions.
This service supports designers, developers, municipalities, public institutions, and private entities planning interventions near rivers, streams, canals, lakes, or other water bodies.
