We And The Environment

We exist, only because the environment exists, that’s the point!

Since ancient times, in the first steps of the development of human society, the first people on the earth have survived only because the environment favored them and nature took care of them. Even to this day, when the world has transformed into technology that advances at a galloping pace, and humans are towards the robotization phase… we still exist because the environment still exists! But today, man, as the being with the highest intelligence coefficient in relation to any other type of existential being, has to take the leading role and start taking care of the well-being of the environment that surrounds him.

If for two million years in a row we have been the ones that nature has taken care of continuously, and we have done nothing but exploit it for economic interests, today is the time to act in favor of nature! Let’s save it in time from many problems that are nothing more than the consequences of the actions of an irresponsible and exploitative society.

For hundreds of decades we have worked for ourselves and “at the expense” of nature, we have weighed on this land that never “complained”, we have inhaled oxygen from the air that nature provided itself, we have drunk water from springs that never dry up. .but not now! Nature got tired of being so generous to us, now she can’t take people who burden her even more with waste and dirt, the air is no longer oxygen, when we do nothing but add CO2 daily, and don’t pretend to drink still water from clean sources, when sewage is poured into them.

The time has come for us to restore the lost freshness and energy to nature!

Due to the problems of global warming, it has been proven that from 1950 to the present day the average air temperature has increased by 0.7 degrees Celsius and as a result we have the melting and decrease of the level of the glaciers in the north and south poles, in the sea arctic, rising sea levels, occasional river floods, fatal natural disasters and elsewhere extreme droughts. Otherwise, we would translate such climate fluctuations into a long-term, selfish and unbridled human activity on the ecosystems. It is even expected that these fluctuations will become even more pronounced in the future. According to experts and meteorologists, it is predicted that in 2050 the temperature will increase by 1-2 degrees Celsius and in 2100 by 3-4 degrees Celsius. temperatures that have not been seen before in human history and I don’t think we can imagine what awaits us.

The role of man has been decisive in the history of nature during these years, as a result of the view we see today in the streets, or rather, the chaos of the city. For a long time, with our uncontrolled activity, we have become the cause of the increase or the birth of a number of diseases related to the respiratory organs, skin cancer, as well as the cause of the disappearance of a significant number of aquatic organisms and species from the ecological system . This is the result of damage to the ozone layer and environmental disturbances.

Man has done this until today as the ruling force of nature, but starting tomorrow our role should not and can never be the same. We must quickly become alienated and without question have a decisive role in the well-being of nature and not the other way around. To do at least a small part compared to what nature has been doing for us all along! Let’s be grateful to her just once!

Let’s plant a flower today for a better world tomorrow!

To understand the importance of the environment before we lose it, to speak for the first time at the level of action! Let’s educate the generations with the green spirit! Let’s make it concrete quickly and together, every citizen in every corner of the globe, wherever, because the problem is not only mine, yours, but all of us, because your carelessness towards nature affects me, others and everyone little by little, just like a beneficial initiative initiated somewhere today, tomorrow it takes many others after it, up to global dimensions of awareness and action.

I emphasize again that environmental issues are not and cannot be solved only at the individual-citizen level, but also at the level of organizations and government at the same time. I am specifically referring to Albania (us), which has been announced by the United Nations Environmental Agency, as the country with the deepest environmental problems in the Balkans, and despite the urgency of the problem, environmental issues are still not of primary importance. We still do not have a concrete environmental strategy. Because the legislation exists, for example, in 2000, the ARHUS Convention was ratified, through which you give citizens the right to information and decision-making in the framework of ecological alternatives together with the government or the relevant institution. But where is the problem? There is a lack of implementation and transparency from the relevant citizen departments
