Hygienic-sanitary and DDD services
The environmental monitoring center is specialized in the realization of the disinfection, disinsection, deratization (DDD) service of public and private, external and internal environments throughout the territory of the Republic of Albania.
Industrial hygiene is the discipline that deals with the identification, assessment and control, for the purposes of prevention and possible correction, of environmental factors of a chemical, physical and biological nature. These factors derive from industrial activity present inside and outside the workplace, which can alter the health and well-being of workers and the population.

The disinfection program is undertaken for the destruction of microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria. This treatment guarantees high quality of environmental hygiene where the treatment is carried out in commercial, industrial, hospital, public, hotel, residential facilities, etc. activities.
Since the beginning of the COVID 19 pandemic, the Environmental Monitoring Center (EMC) has carried out successful disinfections in many activities in Albania such as manufacturing companies, fashion, call centers, etc. To guarantee the efficiency of the treatment, QMM uses EU certified materials, which are also used for surgical rooms and which reach a very high level of required efficiency.
The application of disinfection is carried out based on modern methodology, through the fogging pump which makes a uniform spread of the disinfectant material throughout the desired space.
Environmental disinsection aims to prevent and minimize insects in your environment. The main applications of disinsection are carried out for various activities such as hotels, tourist villages, hospitals, industries, food warehouses, residential areas, beaches, etc.
The intervention will be carried out with preparations imported from EU countries and applied as appropriate based on contemporary insect control methods.
Deratization of the environment will be carried out by installing in places where the presence of rodents is suspected, the relevant equipment (closed traps) equipped with rodenticides approved in the list updated by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and according to WHO recommendations of and Directive 98/8 of the EU on biocidal products for use in public health. Their placement is carried out using contemporary methods, respecting the distance and the typology of the environment where they are installed. After the placement, the monitoring of the efficiency of the treatment is also carried out.
